First let me start off by saying the cleanliness and ambiance was great! As soon I walked in the aroma was relaxing! Now, my massage from Michael was wonderful, when I say I was slithering out the door. I mean that! I did a 80 min massage this past weekend and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed, comfortable, relieved and refreshed. I’m very particular in my massages! I even waited a few days after to do my review to see how my body would feel and I’m still very relaxed not sore .. nothing! Michael is the bomb, professional, and customer service was great also. I even booked my next appointment right after! Please check them out! You won’t regret!

I returned here after a couple of years and I’m glad I did. I used a gift certificate my friend purchased from the website. Absolutely amazing massage parlor here. The facility is so clean, smells good, has great ambience, I loved the feel of the place. I had the Therapeutic Bodywork massage for 50 minutes given by Juana, and I will be coming back soon. She asked about my preferences, pressure level and gave a thorough full body massage. I will be back so soon. Thank you Sacred paradise.

Went in for a last minute prenatal massage. I was able to make a same day appointment online so I appreciate the ease of the website for booking. Mike was my masseuse and I let him know that I like a good amount of pressure. Unlike almost every other massage I’ve had Mike did not disappoint. He was able to apply a consistent firm pressure. I was also pleasantly surprised that the massage table had a cut out so pregnant people can lay on their stomach. This was a game changer since I haven’t been able to lay on my stomach for months!! This was for sure the best prenatal massage I’ve had thus far. I also spoke to the owner after my massage and learned more about the high quality products they use such as the Sacred Earth oils which are vegan and lanolin free. Definitely recommend giving this spa a try.

We received a call from the owner the next day after my review was posted. She apologized for the staff not adhering to the massage requests; explained challenges and efforts to streamline intake processes; and explained the male masseuse does have asthma.

Booked a power couple massage (Mon, May 27th, 2024) for my boyfriend’s birthday. Room was cute and ambiance was nice.

Concerns for consideration: Upon arriving to the spa, I had additional paperwork to complete along with my boyfriend (not an issue). HOWEVER, I specifically circled “no” to having my glutes massaged. Prior to my appointment, I also completed my intake online and specified the areas to be worked (glutes was not included for me). During the massage, my male masseuse worked on my glutes!!!

My boyfriend was verbally asked if he wanted his glutes worked on; he said yes. He reported to me that his female masseuse didn’t work on his glutes at all.

Mistakes happen; but the fact that the information was literally communicated in multiple forms, and yet not followed, is an issue.

What was far more bothersome for both of us (and questionable) was the heavy breathing/panting that was occurring from the male masseuse while doing my massage. It was relatively distracting as I found myself questioning if he was aroused?! At some point, my boyfriend shared he even looked over to see what was happening because it was a bit disconcerting.

Again, sorry to him if he has asthma or any other breathing impediment; but, something for consideration.

All in all, the massages were great. Boyfriend tipped each masseuse $5 before we debriefed our experiences; ultimately, we decided to lean on the side of the benefit of a doubt. Please, please, make said adjustments. Not doing so is super problematic (and fortunately for me, did not result in a trauma-related responses).

Amazing massages! After many decades of chronic muscle pain and spasm, I have never felt better. Trained therapists who utilize cupping, , deep tissue massage, lymphatic massage, stretching with the experience of working on professional athletes and the knowledgeable use of scrapers, bands, and other essential tools. Sacred Spa provides an efficient and extremely effective massage experience.

My experience was subpar. I tried to resolve this with an email to the owner, but I haven’t received a response.

I requested an appointment with Michael based on his reviews, and I did not receive information that he would be unavailable. I would have appreciated advance notice and an opportunity to reschedule. When I arrived the owner led me into the room, and I did not even receive the name of my massage therapist.

I found it hard to relax because of multiple interruptions during my massage including a knock on the door and confusion about the length of my massage (the massage therapist stopped at 60 minutes even though it was an 80 minute massage).

The massage itself was a lot of stretching and it took multiple requests for my desired focus areas to be treated.

As I changed clothes after the massage, the therapist knocked on the door but didn’t wait to answer…she had inadvertently taken my keys (which is odd because they were inside of a basket with a lid) and I was half naked when she entered the room. Very uncomfortable and not at all conducive to post-massage relaxation.

Ultimately, the experience fell short of my expectations. It’s a shame because my younger sister surprised me with a gift certificate after a difficult time and I was really looking forward to the experience.
