I booked 4 massages - one a week for four weeks. I have had 3 far. My first appointment, I was so tensed up and sore, that I was limping, struggling with stairs, and had to grab the wall or table to get up from a seated position in a chair. I was having difficulty with household chores and gardening and also experiencing back pain and joint pain. Whew! and I put all that out there during my first conversation with Sandra. She understood and explained it would take work and time and that I would have to do my part by doing some exercises at home that she would show me. We got started.
The first massage was a little uncomfortable for me and I was sore that evening. But I knew it had helped and would get better.
The second massage was a little better, but I had already improved with walking and flexibility and so I stuck with it.
By the time I returned for the third massage, I could stand up from a seated position without grabbing for support and the back pain was gone. I had started doing yard work again.
The third massage was comfortable, and I felt just a little twinge when Sandra worked on my hip and knee (right side, old injury). I also noticed that I felt overall more comfortable during the massage. I had energy all day and have no pain this evening!!!!
I can't wait for my fourth massage and I know I will be returning to Sandra regularly for "upkeep".

Sandra is a professional and knows her stuff. If you are experiencing difficulty with movement, stiffness, joint pain, I would recommend you see her for a few sessions to get the kinks out.

Sandra Papiez is an exceptional massage therapist. She is sensitive, caring, and kind and really cares about the experience clients receive, whether they are there for relaxation or therapeutic massage. She is also very well trained in a variety of modalities that I have found useful and pleasurable; among them are Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Trager Work, and Myofascial Release. I have specially appreciated her work in Myofascial Release. My work exacts a toll on my hands and arms and the Myofascial Release she gives is the most effect treatment I have received for them. Lastly, her studio is tastefully decorated and relaxing and adds to the pleasure of her work.

My lower back was just so painful today-I was trying to book an appointment for a massage (Massage Envy, Massage Green-no luck) but I found Sandra on Google-I was praying all weekend for relief-I just can’t believe I found her. I called her and she got me in today. I have been to the other places-but Sandra is on another level-she truly wants to help you heal. She actually cares and did a laser treatment on my back-after the session she showed me back exercises-I felt relaxed and safe. Sent me home with instructions for the exercise she showed me today. Next appointment she is going to work on my carpal tunnel symptoms. Honestly I would have paid much more (at the other places) for just a minimal experience. Her prices are cheaper than the more commercial places and the experience I had was exactly what I needed. She is good with communication and makes sure you are getting what you need.
I absolutely would recommend her!
