Amazing service from the minute I walked in! I was greeted very kindly by the receptionist - she checked me in, offered me a complimentary beverage, and walked me to my room. I had an appointment to get lip filler with Cindy, and it was my first time having this service done, so I was a little nervous. She made the process easy as can be! She asked me what kind of shape I wanted, and then she walked me through every step of the process. I told her I wanted my lips to look a little bit more full in the middle - but still natural - and she did just that. The top photo is my before and the bottom is my after. The employees are extremely personable, and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend!

I had Botox done for the first time with Cindy. From the moment I walked in to AALI, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They all made me feel very comfortable and the office is beautiful and very clean. Cindy is just so lovely. She took her time and made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit. Cindy is very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. She recommended the laser treatment in addition to Botox, and I am so grateful because what an amazing difference it made for my skin! It’s only been a few days and I see remarkable improvement. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Cindy and all the staff at AALI to anyone looking to feel rejuvenated and fresh.

AALI definitely deserves the five stars. Sara is warm and welcoming. Cindy is great at what she does, and you definitely feel like you are in good hands. You will leave feeling beautiful and pampered! The facilities are lovely and pristine. Also very easy to get to off the highway! Definitely recommend.
